The training is designed to build strength and increase muscular endurance with every workout. The classes are taught by 2 RKC instructors, Paul Hafner and Carolyn Card.
The classes vary from heavy lifting with double kettlebells, to a 20 station circuit class. The students span from professional Mixed Martial Artists to men and women in their 60's. Class sizes range from 4 to 20 people but the special attention never suffers. You will have the feeling of working with a personal trainer but in a high energy class setting.
